At RoC® Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our Customer Experience team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least half-full and include the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
